Featuring a PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe interface, this 2.5-inch U.2 hot-swap drive provides high throughput, low latency, and efficient I/O performance for compatible Lenovo ThinkSystem servers.
Built with TLC 3D NAND technology, the P5520 supports TCG Opal self-encrypting drive (SED) security, end-to-end data-path protection, enhanced power-loss protection, thermal monitoring, and SMART health reporting. The 3.84TB model is rated for 1 DWPD over five years with an endurance of 7.0 PB total bytes written, making it well suited for enterprise applications where read performance, reliability, and data security are priorities.
With performance of up to 1,000,000 random read IOPS, 200,000 random write IOPS, 6.7 GB/s sequential reads, and 3.6 GB/s sequential writes, the P5520 provides the bandwidth needed for demanding server and data center environments.
