The Lenovo 02JH836 is an LTO Ultrium 9 half-height SAS tape drive designed for the IBM TS4300 Tape Library. Featuring a 12Gbps SAS interface, it delivers native data transfer rates of up to 300 MB/s for reliable, high-capacity backup and long-term data archiving.
LTO 9 technology supports up to 18 TB native capacity and up to 45 TB compressed capacity per cartridge using a 2.5:1 compression ratio. The drive provides read and write compatibility with both LTO 9 and LTO 8 data cartridges, helping organizations maintain access to existing media while expanding their storage infrastructure.
